Refund & Returns Policy for Swing & Blink

Overview
At Swing & Blink, we take pride in providing high-quality beauty products and professional cosmetology services. Due to the nature of our products and services, our refund and return policy is designed to prioritize hygiene, safety, and fairness.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, several categories of items are non-returnable.
Non-returnable items include:
- False eyelashes once opened
- Beauty accessories that have been used
- Personal or sanitary goods
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Sale or promotional items
To complete a return request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:
- Items with visible signs of use
- Opened beauty or personal care items
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is approved.
